Why the TV shows in India suck and why the fuck is Indian audience so dumb?

Seriously! The moment I turn on my TV... All I find is that dumb shit of Saas Bahu, Senseless comedy like TMKOC, and other useless stuff which.. If u are a sane person, would definitely hate.

I mean, there is no fucking concept of any humour, no one goes overboard to target big names in the business and moreover a limit has been established, beyond which u can't criticise a particular community, religion, company.etc

I remember there was a time when I used to love these daily soaps... 

But then, I was introduced to YouTube (Some awesome content by AIB nd TVF) and the absolute BAAP of entertainment i.e. American Sitcoms (TBBT, HIMYM, Friends, Game Of Thrones, Breaking Bad.etc) 

After watching the stuff that they got... I was blown away and the moment I turned my TV on after watching these shows... I was like- Fuck!! I have lost my interest in the Indian TV shows!

But now... Let's talk about stuff by Indian creators that I loved...

This one goes without saying.. This just has to be the single greatest thing in Indian sitcom history...

TVF pitchers.

It's an online mini series by TVF and is fucking awesome!

So is permanent roommates by TVF.

The others are Malgudi Days, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Khichdi, Hum Log.

While the current Indian TV industry thrives on money and continues to produce a shitload of crap...

The real talent is being suppressed due to lack of money on their part.

This is the harsh reality of television in India!

Now about the audiences...

Well, the Indian audience is surprisingly dumb! Whatever shit u throw at them, they'll hop on to it in a flash!

This is due to the lack of awareness among the people of good shows that are present outside of their idiot box.

Colors

Sab TV 

Sony

Life ok

The list goes on....

Seriously... All those who like the shows on the above mentioned channels reading this...

Go surf the web and download the TV shows that I mentioned earlier..

U won't regret it and would eventually (like me) hate these shitty shows!

How Good are Indians with ENGLISH (A funny yet true story)

Once i was travelling from Bareilly(my hometown) to Delhi in a private bus . I got an aisle seat at the back of the bus. A man and a woman were already seated in the adjacent row and they had occupied the window and aisle seat respectively. The man was around 30 years old. The woman was also middle aged, but she seemed educated and looked like a working professional. 
The bus started at 11 pm. For the first half an hour or so, the guy was quiet. He became restless after some time and attempted to strike a conversation with the lady sitting next to him (in broken English and with a strong accent ). He started asking her about her profession. The lady was least interested in the conversation and gave one word answers. After the question answer session, he started talking about his career, business and personal life. Though the lady hinted that she is not interested in his stuff, the guy went on. On top of that, his voice was quite loud and passengers in the next 3-4 rows were able to hear the conversation clearly. The lady decided to ignore the conversation and pretended to fall asleep. The guy finally stopped and he too dozed off.

We reached our destination early in the morning. The guy collected his stuff and was about to get down from the bus. Before leaving he said,

'It was an honor sleeping with you madam!

For a second or so, i did not grasp what he said. But the moment i realized the actual meaning of the phrase, i burst out laughing. The other passengers who understood also started laughing. The lady was left red faced. The guy who said this had no clue why everybody were laughing and quietly got down from the bus.

Will MAKE IN INDIA be successful?

In general, ideas depend on execution. Make in India is a farsighted policy which aims to kick-start the manufacturing industry in India which is lagging in comparison to the rest of the world.
Some points on how this policy should progress are:

• Getting investments: I feel that this is the smallest issue. Modi with his charisma had already got investments from various countries. He is also an expert in getting investments from private partners. So getting MOUs will not be the biggest challenge
• Conversion from MOU to execution: this has always been the biggest problem for India. We have got investments but these have stayed on paper or got stuck due to the red tape. Environmental clearances , bureaucratic roadblocks, protests have always stalled projects in India. These challenges have to be solved. SEZs are probably a good solution.
• Indignation: this is a long term goal which needs to be done. We cannot be content with having only foreign manufacturers. Indian companies must also step up and start manufacturing on a global scale. This is the ultimate goal of the make in India.
• Skill development: to ensure that this plan succeeds, we must ensure that we have skilled workers and ready employment for these manufacturing plant. For this we need to train electricians, plumbers, welders and fitters. This is an areas which needs to be tackled quickly.

This is an exciting plan and it would be a shame to see the make in India programme fizzle out.

THE GREAT INDIAN RESERVATION SYSTEM

The Reservation System on the bases of caste is one of the biggest speed-breaker in the path of a developed India. Here are my views regarding the topic-

Our Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi talks about a strategy called 'SABKA SAATH SABKA VIKAS' (Taking everyone together and ensuring development for everyone).
Now most people in India (including our governments) think that ensuring reservation in government jobs, colleges.etc for the backward communities may solve the problem of a wide gap that is being created between the rich and the poor people of our country.
To an extent this policy is justified as most people (approximately 60%) belonging to the communities who enjoy reservation in this country have an incredibly disgusting standard of living.
Even clean drinking water is not available to them,forget about food and other resources.
These people truly deserve to have some seats reserved for them for the sake of an uplift in their standards of living.
A person this poor deserves to be enlisted for reservation in the country.But the problem is, not every poor person in India gets to exploit the system of reservation.
The reservation is amended for the people belong to a particular caste or community(no matter how poor or how rich they are).
For instance, if you are a Yadav(OBC), you'll have the benefit of reservation no matter if you drive a Bentley, but if you are a Sharma(GENERAL) and you struggle for your basic needs like electricity, food, water.etc , there will be no system to help you. You don't get the reservation, you don't get a damn thing to help you!
That is the problem!
If we want to ensure the development for all, our help must reach to the last person out there.. doesn't matter which community he/she belong to.
My stand is not against the reservation, my stand is against the people who are benefiting from it even though they don't deserve it.

Think about a system where the reservation does prevail but, the poor people benefit from it, not people belonging to certain caste or communities.
If you are poor(doesn't matter which community you belong to), you get the benefit of reservation which you truly deserve as your preparation may have been affected by poverty and countless other factors.
In this way, no one would have any problem with this system and the help will definitely reach to the last person out there.
Hope this message of mine reaches to those fighting over more and more reservations for their community and those who try to politicize this issue...and moreover to the lawmakers.


Think about it people.. We need to help the poor in general. Not a particular community.

Those who fall under the category of POOR, shall be recognized as such, not as Hindu, Muslim, Dalit or something!
Poor is poor!
Give poor the benefit of reservation.
And those who need it, will automatically fall under that category...
